- "If I could ____, I would ____."
- "My desire is to ____."
- "If I had time, I would ___."
The toughest question PJ asked us was:
"What does the world (your children, family, friends, etc) stand to lose if I fail?"
Time does not heal all wounds; action does. If I don't take action to heal, to wash off the scent of prey from my soul, to allow the Holy Spirit to dig deeper in my own heart, to release the triggers and time bombs of hurtful events and people in my life, then Time alone will not do it.
So here I go…
I Wish…
I wish to expand my tribe of storytellers whose words create abuse-free zones in their own lives, homes, and communities.
I want…
I want to create a better world for the next generation by leaving a legacy for my own children's children – a legacy of true love – a love that has the power to change life for the better.
I will…
I will publish my book, "On the Way Home" in obedience to God, documenting my history and writing my future. And I will help other survivors of sociopathic abuse to do the same!
Your turn now! 🙂
Be you. Live free. Tell your story.
With all my love,
Sue
Susan Schiller knows how it feels to lose everything: marriage and family, church and reputation, finances and businesses, and more. Susan's upcoming, interactive memoir, "On the Way Home," tells the story of how she came to be known as "the most abused woman" her counselors had yet met and how she learned to navigate her way out of hell to a rich and satisfying life. In her lifetime, Susan has served in duties ranging from home school mom – to pastor – to full-time deliverance minister – and to Midwest regional prayer coordinator for a large international ministry. These days you can usually find Susan soaking in her favorite hot springs pool, reading a book (or several), blogging, baking bread, or hanging out with her family and friends.
