Love from Papa: You Will Never Suffer Lack

You Will Never Suffer Lack

By: Susan Deborah Schiller   From the "Love from Papa" series

Six years ago today my husband and I were camping in Chelsea, Michigan on a large farm with a private lake. It was evening and as I carefully hiked downhill to the beach I suddenly felt God's presence and from deep within a voice whispered, "You will never suffer lack." When God speaks you can feel the Truth and Love in His voice and it exposes and eradicates all fears in your heart.

So much of what we experience in this world is illusion, as a result of fear. Lack is an illusion. Everything God made is meant to be fruitful and multiply. If it doesn't produce more than what it needs, it's "cursed" – like Jesus demonstrated with the fig tree. With 1% of the population generating half of the country's revenue, it causes me to believe that the majority of us have not learned how to be fruitful and multiply.

Being fruitful and multiplying is not an option in the Kingdom of Heaven. It's heaven's economy. I don't mean that we are all meant to be wealthy. But many of us are called to be wealthy so that we can share with those who are in need. In Heaven's economy there is enough for everyone.

As I continued to sit on the beach, beneath heaven's vault of starry diamonds, I heard more whispers…

"I will remove your reproach." "I will visit you with Fire – Holy Fire."

Fire usually means trials. Trials expose our weaknesses and faults. Fire strengthens character, even as it burns off the works of flesh.

A verse God gave me from Zephaniah 3:18 says:

“The accumulated sorrows of your exile
    will dissipate.
I, your God, will get rid of them for you.
You’ve carried those burdens long enough.
At the same time, I’ll get rid of all those
    who’ve made your life miserable.
I’ll heal the maimed;
    I’ll bring home the homeless.
In the very countries where they were hated
    they will be venerated.
On Judgment Day
I’ll bring you back home—a great family gathering!
You’ll be famous and honored
    all over the world.
You’ll see it with your own eyes—
all those painful partings turned into reunions!”
        God’s Promise.

This is how life is meant to be lived… Even though there are times when we are exiled, shamed, and suffering, there comes a time for returning Home. We learn our lessons. We learn how to really live.

This promise was given to me exactly 6-years and 1-day ago. Even though since then I have been abandoned by my husband, shunned by my ministry network, and was homeless for two years, I have never suffered lack. Today I am in a very good and stable place.

But, even while living in a hayfield a couple years ago, I got a job in a strange town. A mechanic fixed my truck, over and over again. Someone gave me a camper until I could buy my own. Someone offered me a beautiful place on the Big Horn River to park my camper, along with a private hot spring mineral pool. I was able to rent my own house. Each step of the way, there was always provision. It wasn't easy and there were predators out to harm me, but it all worked out for good.

I believe God wants us to REMEMBER all that He's done in our lives, because in remembering we are sowing seeds of gratitude into our future. We reap greater and greater blessings, when we do.

May the Lord remove your reproach. I ask Papa God to visit you with Holy Fire. I declare over YOUR life that you will never suffer lack!

Instead of lack, you will experience God's abundant provision in all areas of your life. I bless you to be fruitful and to multiply!

Choosing love today,

Sue

I have a new declaration:  I will never suffer lack!
6 years ago, so that's 2007.  Wow, so much has happened since that time!  It's good to be  hearing your strong voice of 2013.  May it echo forward for generations.

Meeeee tooooo!  My new job and new roommate(son) are thwarting my previously self-centered(not selfish) schedule.  Whereas before, I mostly shared my plans with me, myself, and I, and God.
It's a new day!
