Healing the Mind, Body, and Soul through the Daily Practice of Discovering Beauty and Truth

Healing from sociopathic abuse is a journey of transforming the mind, body, and soul. It’s an adventure in freedom and fullness. In pursuing beauty, through art, photography, and other creative avenues, we find rest for our souls and healing for our minds. Our bodies are gradually healed, too.

This is the “Daily Practice” of renewing our minds through beauty and truth.
